Fun at the seaside

I am making a conscious effort at the moment to use some stamps that I have not used for a long time.

These are a few cards I made this week.  The first one is a card I made for my oldest friend.  I am a bit of a plain Jane when it comes to card making but I didn’t think this card needed anything.  For me, the image says it all.

Tracy if you call in I haven’t forgotten you birthday so hopefully, this year,  you will get the card on time! lol!

These are some more cards I made as part of a bundle to go to another friend who I will be seeing in September.

I think that’s it from me.  It’s going to be  a warm one up in the mountains today.  I  just managed to get all my jobs done whilst it was cool.  I am off for a cuppa and then start a fabric project.  Have a great day what ever you are doing.

Best Wishes Florence.

Hi Paula. Thank you for stopping by and for your lovely comments. Pleased the plumb jam turned out well. We have already eaten 2 jars! lol! not kidding either! I am sure the wine will be wonderful. If it isn’t, think positive, you can give bottles away as Christmas presents in
    2012! LOL!
Always great to hear from you.

Lovely cards, and it’s so good to get good use out of your stamps, I need to do the same as I am definitely a stamp-addict and need to stop buying anymore and be more resourceful. The plum jam turned out well, just have to wait about a year to sample the wine now! LOL! X

Hi Von. Thank you for stopping by and for your lovely comments. I feel a bit of a fraud because the blue is some backing paper which I did a little bit of stamping onto! I won’t tell anyone if you don’t! lol! Always great to hear from you.

These are gorgeous cards, Florence. Funnily enough I have used these stamps for a project on my blog for tomorrow as they make me think of my nieces. Nice to do summer designs for a while, isn’t it?
