A Blast from the past – JFF 60’s and 70’s

The Just For Fun girls, Zoe, Von, and Neet, are off and running with their first challenge of the year. Click on the JFF link to see the challenge details, the DT’s inspirational pieces and the fab entries.  Every week there are always great ideas being shared.  Our lovely Von has chosen the 60’s and 70’s for the this weeks theme.

I have not been blogging much over the last month and it seems hard to get back into it.  Anyway, with all the festivities finishing this weekend I suppose the best thing is to just jump right back in there.

I made a few little bits and pieces with the 60’s and 70’s theme in mind.  The first is a simple card going for black and white with some kinky boots.  Were they called kinky boots or is that my imagination?

Here it is plain and simple matting and layering.

With Mary quant in mind I decorated a couple of dominos.  Looking at them now they are a cross between twiggy (I’m thinking eyelashes here) with a Phil Lynott hair do! he he.

Finally, I started making this tag  with the tags on the previous post.  I have just finished it so I am adding it here because I think it fits in with the 70’s theme.

Ok, as I was born in the second half of the sixties  my teenage years were in the late 70’s.   So, still following the challenge theme, I am thinking Malcolm Maclaren and Vivienne Westwood as fashion designers of that era. Anyone guess where I am going with this.  Drum roll…..  Yep!  Adam and the Ants!!!! LOL!!!!

Well that’s all from me today.

Best Wishes Florence
