Addicted to Stamps and More – Halloween Card

Morning everyone.  Hope you are all ok.

This week’s challenge over on the Addicted to Stamps and More Challenge blog is “Halloween”.

I haven’t got many Halloween stamps so I used a Paper Artsy Lynne Perrella stamp for the main image and a Chocolate Baroque bat stamp just to give it a Halloween touch.

I stamped the main image onto glossy card using black Archival ink and coloured it with felt tips.  I then placed a mask over the image of the lady and coloured the background with DIs using a sponge.  I then stamped the bats and mounted the main image piece onto some black card stock.  I thought she had a gothic look about her so I chose a page from a book, which has old german script on, and some pretty papers for mat and layering.  I used a die to cut the black flower and leaf flourish out of black glossy card stock and attached these with glue.  The main image is mounted onto the card using foam tape to raise it up slightly.

Best Wishes Florence x
