Christmas Tree Decoration

Hi everyone

Today’s little project is a quick little Christmas Tree decoration.

A little bit grungier than I had planned but I was still pleased with how it turned out.

The whole piece is made out of a scrap piece of clay I had left over from a previous craft session which I stamped into and then when the clay was dry (about 24 hours) I painted it.Β  The reverse is just painted black with a coat of mod podge.

Stamps used: Crafty Individuals Memory Lane CI 274

Thanks for looking

Have a lovely weekend.

Take care,

Flo x

  2. This is LOVELY Florence!!
You are so talented and make the most wonderful things.
This piece reminds me of our (Mr. Cobs and I) first cottage. It was a terraced cottage like one of those in the picture above, and we loved it. So when I saw this piece I fell in love with it at very first sight.
I’d never put this one away. It’s too beautiful to be packed away.
Great make Flo. ~ Cobs. x

  3. What a fantastic idea! I used to stamp into polymer clay and turned out some good things. I love the colors of your piece, Florence, and the miniature size – perfect for hanging on a tree. They are also perfect for embellishing a wrapped gift. And extra gift bonus! πŸ™‚ Thanks for sharing xoxo

  4. I love these whimsical pieces that you make Florence. This is such a cute little row of houses and could be displayed all year.

  5. I have some paper clay I keep meaning to have a play with. This charming decoration may just nudge me into action next time I have some crafting time. A treat of a piece!
